Family Resource Center:
We will create the statewide alert for your missing child. Activate our e-flyer system and print flyers at no cost for families. Parents can speak to a case manager and learn about community resources for their specific needs. Our network of agencies and partners work to help families with counseling, reunification tools and on going support to include but not limited to counseling services, rehabilitation centers, etc.
Shout Out Loud
Shout Out Loud (K-2nd Grade): This is a gentle approach to child abduction prevention and focuses on empowering children in grades K-5. Children will learn the four steps to safety from their friend Tobie the Bear.
NetSmartz (K-12th Grade): In partnership with the F.B.I.'s Internet Crimes Against Children's Task Force & The National Center for Missing and Exploited Children we facilitate this nationally recognized program to students, parents and community partners.
Explore topics such as cyberbullying and online solicitation with our free presentations. Through animation and real-life stories, NetSmartz can help you empower the people in your community to make safer decisions online.
Each presentation and workshop is age appropriate.
Operation Drug Free
Operation Drug Free (K-12th Grade): In partnership with the Drug Enforcement Agency, this age appropriate presentation helps children understand the dangers of poisons, household items, prescription drugs and more.
KidSmartz (K-5th Grade): KidSmartz is a child safety program that educates families about preventing abduction and empowers kids in grades K-5 to practice safer behaviors. This program offers resources to help parents, caregivers, and teachers protect kids by teaching and practicing the 4 Rules of Personal Safety using tips, printable activities, quizzes, articles, music, videos, and more.
KidSmartz is brought to you by the Got 2B Safe! program, created by the child safety experts at the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children® in partnership with Honeywell.
Be Brave Nation
Be Brave Against Bullying (K-12th Grade): In partnership with local law enforcement, local celebrities and community partners Be Brave inspires our children to be Upstanders in their schools. These assemblies also help inform students of current laws set to ensure our children are safe in schools. The SafeVoice App is just one of the many resources shared with students.
